Limited Warranty
BSTABO provides limited warranty for all components of your vehicle, limited to material or workmanship defects. The laws and regulations of your jurisdiction may provide additional protection. This warranty covers the cost of repairing or replacing defective parts and labor from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. According to local laws and regulations, the duration of this warranty may vary internationally.
Register
When selling, the warranty registration form must be filled out by your dealer and submitted to BSTABO company within ten days of purchase. After receiving this registration information, BSTABO company will record the warranty registration status. We will not send registration confirmation information to the buyer, as a copy of the warranty registration form will serve as proof of your warranty service. If you have not signed the original registration form and have not received a customer retention copy, please contact your distributor immediately. The initial preparation and debugging of your vehicle by the dealer is crucial to ensure its fault free operation.
Warranty Scope and Exclusions
Limitations of Warranty and Remedial Measures
This BSTABO limited warranty does not cover any malfunctions that are not caused by material or process defects. This warranty does not cover claims related to design defects. This warranty also does not cover situations caused by natural disasters, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, abuse, or improper operation.
This warranty also does not cover damage to any vehicle, component, or part caused by structural modifications, negligence, improper maintenance, or use for purposes other than racing, competition, or product design.
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by improper lubrication, operator error or abuse, improper maintenance, or modified parts; Using aftermarket or unapproved parts, accessories, or attachments; Using unauthorized software or calibration; Unauthorized repairs; Or repairs carried out after the warranty period has ended or by unauthorized repair centers.
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by abuse, accidents, fires, or any other reasons not caused by material or workmanship defects, and does not provide warranty for consumable parts, general wear and tear parts, or any parts exposed to friction surfaces, stresses, environmental conditions, and/or contamination that are not designed or suitable for them, including but not limited to the following:
If your product is registered in a country other than the country of purchase and you have not followed the procedures outlined above, your product will no longer be covered by any form of warranty service or service announcement, except for safety notices.

This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by region or country. If any of the above terms are invalid due to various laws, all other warranty terms shall remain valid.
As a car owner, it is our responsibility to take the vehicle to an authorized BSTABO dealer in case of any issues.
Warranty repairs should be completed within a reasonable time frame.
However, any damage caused to the product by the car owner or any unauthorized third party may render this warranty invalid.
Repairs specified in warranty or service announcements must be carried out by authorized BSTABO dealers or other qualified personnel authorized by BSTABO.
Damage or malfunction caused by the use of non recommended lubricants or liquids is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover personal losses or expenses, including mileage, transportation, accommodation, meals, transportation or loading and unloading costs, product pickup or delivery costs, alternative rental costs, product usage losses, profit losses, or loss of vacation or personal time.
The only remedy for breach of this warranty clause shall be repair or replacement of any defective materials, components or products at BSTABO's option. The remedies provided in this warranty clause are the only remedies available to any person for breach of this warranty clause.
BSTABO shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from any express or implied warranty, any other contract, negligence, or other infringement by any person.
The exclusion of indirect, incidental, and special damages is independent of and not affected by the determination that the sole remedy fails to achieve its fundamental purpose.
This limited warranty does not include implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. BSTABO company denies all express warranties not stated in this warranty. Some regions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, nor do they allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties. Therefore, if the above limitations are inconsistent with applicable regional laws, these limitations may not apply to you.
